“Create & Build” These two words would probably best explain why I was fascinated by Xinova’s vision.
Like any other kids, I enjoyed learning about science stories and facts. To me, the best part of science was experimenting, creating and building something that was exciting and fun. Science books were interesting to read but building something was what I enjoyed the most.
When I met the CEO and Founder of Daum, the first internal portal and search engine company in Korea, I was curious about why he thought I could be a credit to the company. He said that my 7 years of entrepreneurial experience creating something unprecedented in the market was one of the key reasons to hire me. During my stay with Daum, I was fascinated by the joint efforts in redesigning and rebuilding some of the business models. Series of decomposing, creating and rebuilding efforts made the company’s multiple times of revenue growth possible. Fortunately, throughout my +25 years of careers, so many great opportunities were offered to me in creating and building something new that brought meaningful impact to the business.
Xinova’s vision came to me as an especially exciting one because of the grand scale of impact Xinova can create for the benefit of the world in innovation and business creation. Wouldn’t this be truly worthy devoting full of myself?
