Xinova is seeking innovators to share their personal experiences with, and insights into, the global COVID-19 pandemic via written articles and photos.

About this opportunity:
These are unprecedented times. We wish to help document and understand this crisis as it touches everyone, everywhere–and develop solutions. Sharing your stories and ideas as innovators may help in unexpected ways. Xinova is seeking innovators to share their personal experiences with, and insights into, the global COVID-19 pandemic via written articles and photos. Selected articles will be posted to the Xinova.com blog and Xinova social channels and/or shared with outside media. This is an unpaid volunteer activity. We as a network offer innovative perspectives. These perspectives may serve the world today as both a running diary and a source of inspiration in the race against COVID-19. Think of it as qualitative, actionable data. This is a chance to apply your expertise to a situation that demands out-of-the-box thinking, and have your ideas recognized.

Ideal stories for COVID-19 Diaries are:
Smart. Insightful. Personal. Tasteful. And in some way related to innovation. Please remember that the goal is to come together to get through this. If expressing a political opinion, do so as though you were addressing your boss or a valued client with an opposing view.

Guidelines:
Option 1: Written submissions. Please join or sign-into the innovator network and submit a Word Document to this opportunity page. 

Option 2: Interview for a collaborative piece with our Content Manager, Eliot Baker. Please join or sign-into the innovator network submit your answers to our questions for Option 2 on this opportunity page. 

Each selected article or interview created piece will be posted on Xinova.com and promoted on social media channels. We will query media outlets to publish outstanding pieces.

Potential topics:
The scope of this volunteer opportunity is intentionally broad. The global COVID-19 is a massive problem with many facets and moving parts. Your stories will help us understand all those pieces. However, some topics might be:

  • The value of open innovation to solve a crisis
  • The future of supply chains and manufacturing
  • Unexpected lessons from an unprecedented crisis
