Xinova is seeking 5 innovators to assist with a deep dive analysis of granted and published patents in the plant-derived meat space.

Opportunity Details: 

Xinova is seeking up to 5 innovators to assist with this deep-dive analysis by examining granted and published patents identified in the following technological areas as part of the Xinova report:

  • Extrusion
  • Spinning/electrospinning
  • 3D bio-printing
  • Chemical/Enzymatic treatments
  • Shearing
  • Emulsification
  • Properties and processes related to plant-derived fats

Selected innovators will be asked to review technologies described in the patents identified in the Xinova report, including a review of the patent claims, and provide a detailed Innovation Assessment Report. The Innovation Assessment Report will summarize the technologies claimed in the analyzed patents and will also propose new opportunities for innovations or so-called “white space” that is identified within one or more of these technical areas. Xinova will provide Innovators with both the Executive Summary and the raw findings from the original Xinova report.

 

Payment:

Innovators will be paid a flat fee of $2,000 upon acceptance of the final report.
