Why should I become a Xinova Facilitator?
What does a Facilitator do?
A qualified Xinova Facilitator is responsible for assembling and leading a group of innovators with varied levels of experience in order to develop excellent solution reports for specific problems. They may reach out to potential innovators from their own network or utilize Xinova’s global network to identify the innovators best suited to the challenge at hand. Through this process the facilitator may also mentor promising, up-and-coming innovators.
Examples of problems to be tackled include: new processes, new products, or new designs for a range of industries. Problems may require technical solutions or more strategic solutions.
While recruiting innovators to their team, the Facilitator aligns program expectations and sets ground rules, such as ideation framework, expected effort, workload balancing, and the prohibition of parallel activity to the production of the solution report.
