A big-name brand is seeking four innovators to collaborate with their Innovation Team to identify new approaches to distributing products directly to their customers.

The ultimate goal of this effort is to develop innovative ways to navigate the many challenges around the packaging and shipping of heavy liquids. Selected innovators are expected to familiarize themselves with provided background materials and participate in a two-day ideation workshop in the San Francisco Bay area on October 2nd and 3rd, 2019.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for individuals with expertise in positioning products for success in direct-to-customer sales via e-commerce. Individuals with experience in the following areas are also encouraged to apply:
- Building online, product-based businesses
- Aerospace/transport industry
- Minimalist design

What To Expect After Submission
Xinova will select up to 4 innovators to attend a two-day ideation workshop in the San Francisco Bay Area. The total expected time commitment includes the two-day workshop plus a few hours of pre-reading and travel time. Xinova will pay participating innovators a stipend plus travel expenses.
