Similar to our Request for Invention, the Request for Innovation signifies a quantum leap beyond crowd-sourced open innovation. The Xinova process skips the crowd and accesses the VIP suite of innovation, where the brightest minds generate the freshest, most disruptive solutions.
Our Process
Quickly generate innovative concepts in a collaborative atmosphere. A hand-picked team of four global innovators work closely with your researchers and technologists. During the sessions, the teams define (and redefine) key technical challenges to solve and prepare candidate solutions as a group. The solutions are curated and ranked, then prioritized for further development. The key outcome aims to select two to three solutions for technical demonstration or rapid prototyping.
This iterative process helps you accelerate their ideation with a diverse team of innovators quickly and efficiently identify new innovative approaches for solutions, tests their technical feasibility, and delivers well-formed concepts to accelerate development efforts.
