According to GeekWire, “The 2019 Most & Least Innovative States report compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 24 key metrics in two dimensions, “Human Capital” and “Innovation Environment.” Washington ranked second overall behind only Massachusetts. As HR Director, Nicole Underwood writes, Xinova has built a special culture to support the rapid growth for which we are now being recognized, a particularly challenging feat for a globally dispersed company executing a unique mission.
