David Kraft
David Kraft is Global Head of Innovation Services at Xinova, leading collaborations with corporate partners and supporting the development of Xinova’s innovator network. He has led technology initiatives across several industry sectors, within start-ups and Fortune 500 firms, to develop growth strategies, manage technology integrations and lead transformative changes for Xinova’s clients. He helps Xinova’s clients achieve their innovation goals by delivering a sustainable platform for innovation services that includes technology sourcing, development, and IP creation.
David brings over 20 years’ experience in program and project management, business operations, innovation, and technology commercialization. Before joining Xinova, he was Sr. Director at Intellectual Ventures leading project and portfolio development for the Invention Development Fund. David held the position of Vice President, Business Planning & Operations at Washington Mutual, leading strategy development and program execution across the organization.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College (USA), a Masters in Business Administration from Griffith University (Australia), he is a certified project manager (University of Washington, USA), with additional experience leading six sigma, lean start-up and design thinking initiatives.
