Rapid innovation sessions (RIS) are the cornerstone of our methodology. The RIS uncovers innovation gaps and lucrative opportunities to innovate, invent, or integrate existing technology in a new way. Additional services are designed to execute on those insights.
The process takes two months, beginning with a thorough problem definition. An elite team of innovators are carefully selected to participate in an expert-managed brainstorm session, in-person or remotely. Ideas are vetted for feasibility and tested. Results are actionable.
